Nicolas's house is really nice! Very well located in La Couarde, we felt very good there. We can only recommend it. The little extra, the house is really kids friendly (children's room, games etc).

Family stay for Christmas. Perfect accommodation with a distribution that allows you to have 2 separate sleeping areas for 2 families. Clean place, great location. The bedding is comfortable, and there is the necessary "vital" for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, herbal teas etc....) it's appreciated. Thank you!

As described. I recommend. There were 3 of us, we didn't have to be + (according to us). The fleet is a very charming village, the seaside are very pleasant. Restaurants, shops, possibility to have bikes. It has everything on site to enjoy and discover. It is easy to move from one place to another on the island. We recommend the restaurant, "your mouth laughs." Received at 12:15 p.m. without a reservation, we were made room. The food is very well prepared, the service is efficient, the professionals smiling. In short. Simple and efficient.

Clean, bright, cool apartment located right by St Martin harbour with lots of restaurants and bars and a very nice boulangerie and a small corner shop very close by. Sylvia and her husband were charming hosts. We had a great time exploring the island by bike and on foot. Parking is 800m from the apartment which is up two flights of stairs, so you’ll get a good workout if you have a lot of luggage/small children. However, you can unload your car about 100m from the apartment and Sylvia and her husband helped us with our bags.

We had a wonderful time with the family at Elsa's house and particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the great terrace. We also enjoyed the beach of Gran Village, which we reached via a beautiful bike path. We found the house clean as shown in the photos. Only the bathrooms/ showers now showed signs of wear and tear. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient. Elsa was very kind and accommodating in communication. We definitely recommend the property for a relaxing beach holiday on the Ile d 'Oleron!

this place is so lovely - perfect for our little family (we have 2 kids aged 3 and 6). right in the centre, short walk to the beach and couarde sur mer is beautiful and very kid friendly. hiring bikes was great as couarde sur mer is situated close to all the other little spots to explore. Emilie and Benjamin's place is clean, kid friendly and perfectly sized. a very special place, for couples, groups and families. the house has great amenities and toys, beach toys for the kids to borrow.

celine is a host who is very welcoming, she is very responsive to messages, she helps if you need anything. I recommend firm eyes, politeness and kindness are her traits of character

Villa vanilla is not large, but all the more cozy. The warm welcome by Veronique herself makes everything very personal and cozy! For us, the presence of electric bicycles (to rent through Veronique) was a great advantage: We were able to leave immediately in the morning and no longer had to look for a bike rental. Even now in December it was wonderful to explore ile de Ré by bike, we did a big tour on the island and passed several villages and the salt flats. Wonderful short trip!

The view from the house is beautiful, and the place great - by the sea, on a walking path on the coast, 20 minutes walk from the center of La Flotte... We enjoyed the beautifully appointed house, the living room with sea view, the kitchen with sea view and well laid out, the 2 bathrooms, the terrace, the possibility to use the bikes... A really great place! Thanks to Paul - We received all the information to arrive safely, and we found the necessary information on site. It should be noted, and as indicated, the rooms are in a row, but individually accessible from the outside. If I come back to the area, I'll be happy to rent again.

we had a great stay the accommodation was perfect for both of us and our dog, you can go there with your eyes closed, Martine is a perfect host, very friendly, and since we book on Martine's accommodation is by far the best ,we will come back without any problems
