Guido was an absolutely amazing host.
We followed his instructions on how to get to the apartment from the train station exactly and managed to find the place easily as he was standing outside.
He took us in and asked about our journey and our time in Florence, before taking us to the first floor to see the apartment.
The apartment itself if incredible. The ceilings are high, it has a lovely layout, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need.
My personal favourite touch was the vintage copy of Encyclopedia's and Sherlock books in the main bedroom, as well as a whole shelf full of leaflets and maps about the area and Cinque Terre in the hall way.
Guido recommended that we take the ferry to visit Porto Venere as many tourists miss it, heading straight to Riomaggiore. We took his advice and we could see why he was so fond of it - it's beautiful with a stunning medieval castle looking over the sea. We also ran in to Guido on our way to the ferry and he stopped to say hello to us which was so kind of him.
The apartment is in a great location, two minutes from the station and ten minutes from the marine, with restaurants and shopping just around the corner.
Thanks for the review Hyungsoo, and we particularly appreciate that you have decided to write it in your native language.
Hope to meet you again in the future.
All the best,

Right on time, place easy to find, near train station, very cosy and unique. Wish I could have stayed here longer! Cinque terre is a must-visit.
The was house great. Very spacious for 3 of us and just a few minutes from train station.
I could not have had a better experience. Guido was such a wonderful host. He was waiting outside for us when we all arrived in La Spezia. He gave us tons of great recommendations and explained perfectly the train system to and from Cinque Terre.
The apartment itself was in the perfect location and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. I could not recommend staying with Guido more. Will definitely be staying here again whenever I return to La Spezia!!! Thank you so much Guido!!
Guido was very welcoming, met us at the apartment and gave essential information. The apartment was comfortable, close to train station and main shopping streets and had all the basics. We enjoyed our time at La Spezia.
It's a pleasant trip, the house is amazing! In the center of the city and near the center ! Room is big and great! And the host is really really nice! Recommend others coming
Guido was an excellent host. He was attentive to all of my questions prior to the visit! House was very clean, very large and in a wonderful location. 5 minutes to the train station. The lift made is easy on us with our luggage. Highly reccomend!
Guido is an exemplary host. He sent us very detailed directions on how to get to his apartment and find parking in La Spezia. He was able to accommodate our very untimely arrival of past Midnight with no concerns.
The apartment is located conveniently near the La Spezia Train Station. It's like a 5 minute walk which was really great for both parking and taking the train to Cinque Terre. Down the street there are numerous bars (coffee), restaurants, and a grocery store.
The apartment itself was large and spacious, while it was just two of us traveling, the apartment is definitely big enough for at least 4 people.
My only regret is not being able to stay at this apartment longer, perhaps next time I come back I will be able to enjoy Cinque Terre for at least a few days.
Thanks a lot, Sam. You'll always be welcome in our house!

Guido was incredibly kind. He welcomed our group with open arms and even cleaned up the apartment early just so that we could drop off our bags ahead of schedule. His apartment is ideal for anyone looking to visit Cinque Terre as it is just steps away from the train station that brings you to any of the five towns. Our group was super comfortable and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in La Spezia or the Cinque Terre area.
Guido è una persona cordiale e simpatica. Il suo desiderio di conoscenza per le cose lo rende ancora più simpatico. Anche se per poco tempo è stato un picere averlo come ospite.
