I am sorry to learn about your experience and since your stay we have looked into our housekeeping contract with the company Viva Services we where using and have chosen to move on and find a better company that can assure the standards we like to offer to our guests (* as you can see in the feedback from other guests the majority if not all have positive experience with us )
We now enjoy the good service from a new housekeeping company and we are already enjoying again the good feedback as we are used to having.
