We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was secluded and private which was our hope. The trails were easily accessible and a nice way to spend mornings and evenings without a drive. My husband and I stayed with our 4yo and the king bed and twin trundle worked out nice in the loft area. Beautiful area and great cabin! We would love to stay again and enjoy the horseback riding nearby!
The cottage was comfortable, had everything we needed, and was in the perfect location to explore the area. We had a great girl's weekend!
We wanted a private, relaxing getaway and that's exactly what we got and more. The cabin was perfectly clean and no detail was left out. Every kitchen utensil was provided which made cooking easy. The trails were fun too! We look forward to traveling to this property again in the future.
Great space and easy to find. Check in and check out were really simple and everything we could need was either readily available or 12min ride to Ingles away. Thank you.
We had a great stay with Lisa. Her Cabin is very clean, in a very quiet location (we didn't see anyone else all weekend!) and the outdoor bath was amazing. Thanks Lisa!
Thanks, we had a great time in North Carolina! Beautiful cabin!
This was a great find for a weekend getaway to the mountains with the three kids. Lisa was very responsive to questions as we planned the weekend. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed, upstairs was the favorite spot to relax. We drove about 45 minutes into Asheville to go tubing (Zen Tubing, recommended) and lunch, enjoyed hanging out on the deck, a little bit of hiking, chilling in the outdoor tub, and s'mores by the fire pit. It is remote - had cell service but could tell when we got back near town and text messages etc. started coming through. It was a great spot for a weekend 'off the grid'.
We'll be back. We didn't have an ounce of cabin fever! We felt like the three little bears in the wilderness. Hiking, reading, and sightseeing in Asheville kept us busy; while outdoor sunbathing and midnight movies had us relaxing.
Coffee with the morning birds was delightful.
The cabin was adorable and clean ... and, we love the bedroom ceiling.
We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was clean and comfortable. We did not meet Lisa; she left the key in a safe place for us, and we let ourselves in the house.
The road to the house is not paved, but it is well maintained and we had not problem driving in.
Coming into the house, there are three steps onto the side porch and more onto the front porch. Take care on the steps because there are no hand rails.
We loved the screened porch!
loved the place. Your money will worth every penny. Sandy bottom horse trial ride was great. Check out outdoor activities around the area eg, white water rafting, Navitat zipline, Hot springs
