Daniel and his girlfriend were, sadly, not the ideal guests. There were several misunderstanding from their side. One of them wanted to check in at 12:01AM on the day they were to check in so basically the night before the date they booked the room for. On their check out date, they stayed until 12:15AM after the night they were suppose to check out. They were unhappy when I told them that they had to either pay for the extra night, and stay, or leave. I had to cancel a booking because they were not at home that whole day they were suppose to check out. They complained about many things in the apartment, but at the same time, they were not communicative, and wouldn't respond to my emails on timely manner so that we can solve the issues they had. They took pictures of a dead roach they found in the apartment. (I have asked all guests again and again, not to leave food behind and clean after themselves when using the kitchen, so of course, roaches would love to share the apartment with guests). After I explained myself, and took actions as soon as they told me what's making them unhappy, I suggested a full refund when they want to cancel their booking. Also, no response about that. They, then, decided to stay but sent me a request for half of what they paid as a compensation for the issues they had. 15 days after they checked out, I received my payment for their stay. I rented the room to Daniel, but it looks like it was his girlfriend is the one who was unhappy and uncomfortable. I also think that they used (website hidden) translate to communicate with me which is not the best way to understand what he was trying to say, so make sure that you really know what they are saying because I wasn't sure if he got what I was trying to tell him. I am so very sorry they were not happy with their stay. I would never ever want any of my guests to be unhappy with their stay.
