We stayed for 3 nights at Jeanie's place. The location is great (close from Union square and many shops & restaurants). But they were some downsides: you need to keep the windows closed all the time because they look over an alley where they put all the garbage, so it's really noisy and it feels like anybody could jump over the window. Plus you can't control the heat in the apartment so with the windows closed, it was way too hot ! And the place didn't feel as clean as some other Airbnb places we've been to. Other than that it was ok.
Jeanie was a great hostess and was always available when needed.
The apartment is in a great location, really cozy and central to everything. It's also just near a cable car stop, which makes the rest of San Fran easily accessible.
I can recommend Jeanie's place.
My husband and I had a nice vacation in san francisco.
Jeanie was very nice and she was easy to deal with.
The studio is very comfortable and the location is great !!
I think it's important to say that the only window its has, overlooks the trash building area, so it does keep the curtains down and windows closed at night by the sound it makes the truck to collect garbage
Sorry about my English!.
Jeanie is a lovely host and truly believes in the airbnb community (she stayed in another airbnb listing while we stayed at her place!) The studio is set up true to the photographs, and the location really, is quite central and easy to get to via transit. Her place is clean, organized, and very welcoming! The only downside is that her windows face the communal garbage chute for the building, so it can definitely be noisy in the mornings (highly recommend ear plugs!) Aside from that, Jeanie is a great host and I'd recommend that others stay with her too!
great location, very comfortable, all you need
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in Jeanie's cozy apartment. It was exactly as described and a perfect location. We were able to walk to the ferry terminal and ride the ferry to Sausalito for lunch and shopping. There are great restaurants nearby especially E & O Asian and Cesario's Italian. Jeanie was very responsive to emails and right on time meeting us at the apartment. We had a rental car and were able to park at a nearby lot for $35 a night. I would absolutely recommend her place to family and friends.
Jeanie has a lovely studio apartment in the center of San Francisco, it's very clean and only two blocks to union square. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Apartments are clean, comfortable. They are located in the center, close to downtown. They have everything you need to rest. My wife and I enjoyed living in them. Nearby are many restaurants and coffee shops.
Jeanie's studio is great! It is a very sweet apartment, full of charm and with everything necessary to spend some days in San Francisco, a great city. This studio is centrally located, but quiet at the same time. We (me and my husband) spent four days and would have loved to stay longer. You'll feel at home while you visit this fantastic and exciting city!
Jeanie was such a great guest! She left the place in great condition... Highly recommend. Come see us again soon!
She and her boyfriend were quite pleasant. Quiet and respectful.
I did not meet Jeanie as I had to be out of town. My husband said that she and her boyfriend were very nice.
