The gorgeous cabins are tucked into the old slips of a former KOA campground. They were careful not to disturb the old trees, so even though it's very new and modern construction, the cabins fit gorgeously into the setting. It's about 500 meters to the closest bus stop and a 10-minute ride to the lifts at JH.
It was originally listed as a 2BR but all of the cabins are 1BR's. It was a bit of a surprise, but Tom without prompting, comped us a second cabin to make up for the incorrect listing. I think it speaks volumes of their willingness to make customers happy.
The cabins are lovely, but have loud, funky, forced-air heating that turns on and off intermittently. This kept me up at night, so I moved the living room and slept on the roll-out sofa.
The heat in the living room never worked (even after I notified Tom), so I just cranked up the heat in the bathroom and the bedroom and the cabin was comfortable.
The WiFi didn't work in my cabin #7 and there isn't much cell phone reception either.
Despite the issues, I found the place absolutely lovely and I would return.
It was a lovely week in Jackson Hole. The place was perfect and it was so nice to have our doggies with us!
Great hosts! Lovely accommodations! Perfect location! Will be back for sure!!
