I am a maker, I have a small shop on the property and create many things mostly from wood to sell around town. Just ask, and I'd love to take you on a little tour.

I arrived after a long day on the road. Had I not been so tired, I'd have explored the city more. Access from the 40 is a breeze.
this house with a view was exactly as described by the host. I enjoyed a welcomed night of sleep in a very quiet surrounding. I walked to good collection of eateries all within an easy 1 mile or less distance.
also since I was traveling on I-40, this place as EZ on/off to this interstate.
The home was everything Allegra said it would be, a really lovely place that was a good home base to explore the area.
Allegra was out of town at the time, but I just followed her instructions and everything went well.
Allegra was very kind and welcoming to our late arrival. She had given a thorough instructions to the place ahead of the time, so I felt I was well taken care of. The room was so cozy and comfortable. I would love to stay at her home again in the future to see her lovely home in day light and spend more time with her and her cutest dog!
We were late arriving, but Allegra gave us thorough instructions on how to access the room. Perfect house overlooking Albuquerque in a nice neighborhood. Great experience. Allegra and foxy the dog are super welcoming hosts!
I didn't get to meet Allegra because I arrived late and left early, but she communicates well from the start with clear directions on how to get in and everything. This home was quirky, eccentric and artistic! Lots of personalization which made me want to meet Allegra- maybe next time! Anyway, if you're looking for a comfortable bed to sleep on and a good hot shower like I was, this was perfect.
Host and her side kick Foxy, very welcoming. I was tired and hungry upon arrival but was in need of a walk to stretch my legs. Allegra pointed out a local park just a few blocks from house with great views. Host was accomodating and bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy.
If you're looking for "uptown" "upscale" lodging stay at a hotel. If your looking for a place that feels more like a "friend of a friend" home than book with Allegra.
Allegra was a wonderful hostess, she left clear instructions on how to get in the house, and was very welcoming. When we got there the room was clean and ready for our use. She very accommodating, she heated up the hot tub for us before we arrived (we mentioned to wanted to use it). It is a private room and half bath but is attached to the house, so there was noise of her friends over, but was quiet by 9:30pm. She was respectful! There are 2 dogs, Just keep in mind in case you have an allergy to that. We were only there for 8 hours total, but couldn't have enjoyed our accommodations more. The pictures do not give it justice how beautiful the view is at night and just before sunrise! She had tea for us, so we drank it out back and watched the sun come up behind the mountain. Breathtaking! Thank you for having us!
Allegra's house is beautiful and has an amazing view out over the city. She made it very easy for us to get in when we arrived and gave us an amazing dinner suggestion!
Allegra was very communicative from the beginning, which made the process very easy. She was also very welcomming and made me feel very comfortable at her place.
Her dog Foxy is a sweetie and was nice to have around. The private room, bed, and bath, are very nice and cozy, with lots of light. The view from the back patio is amazing. I loved waking up to that each morning!
If I return to ABQ I definitely plan on booking with Allegra again. I highly recommend her.
Friendly, flexible, positive, reliable - good qualities to find in either a guest or a host, and they describe my daughter pretty well. She's enthusiastic about new experiences and can guide you to some dynamite food in and around Albuquerque (some of which may come from her own kitchen.)
