I was born in Corinto, Nicaragua. I made SF my home in 1959.
My neighborhood is a true blessing in disguise; Within a 10 minute walk, I can be at the beach (ie; Baker's Beach, China Beach and Ocean Beach; world class surfing), at the movies, amazing entertainment and nightlife, in a National Park, with historic landmarks , in a quality yoga studio, shopping (international cuisine) , in a library, or in a museum ( I was on Board of Directors with The Mexican Museum), and only a 5 minute walk to excellent transportation. 5 things I cannot live without; yoga, swimming, scuba diving, hiking(Marin Headlands), and gardening. All major universities are within 10-15 minutes by public transportation. Super safe morning to midnight.
My favorite travel getaway is Scandinavia! I love reading books on meditation and have volunteered at The De Young and Legion of Honor Museums for the past 27 years.
My house is yoga, surfer and techie friendly and is conveniently located as a ''Google Hotspot''. It is an original 1912 Eduardian home with an amazing backyard that faces south! Plenty of street parking and parking permits are available upon request. We always have a great mix of international guests, doctors, techies, yoga instructors and surfers . We offer on site laundry possibilities, free WiFi, free cable and flat screen TV's in every room, central heating, newly remodeled AEK, wood floors, and a very cozy environment for a very unique stay. Everything is in walking distance. My life's motto; treat one as you would like to be treated.
