I didn't get to meet Andrew, as he was away, (hence the free room), but his flatmate Joel is a really friendly, relaxed guy who made my son and I feel immediately at home. The room is very spacious, with lovely light coming in from the balcony. Also the free WIFI helped when linking up with Berlin online. Friedrichshain is a lively, young neighbourhood. Plenty of cafes nearby, Warschauer Straße station within a few minutes walk and plenty of music and buskers to enjoy when you walk over the river. Definitely a nice place to call home when in Berlin!
Andrew's room is very spacious and comfortable. The location is great, close to the train station, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Joel, his flat mate, was really nice. Showed me everything in the apartment and offered me to use whatever I needed and made me feel at home :) I'd be happy to stay there again when I'm next in Berlin.
Everything was easy with Andrew. He booked the apartment for his parents. They were quiet and extremely clean. Thanks for leaving the apartment in perfect conditions.
Andrew and his Friend were just great, they left my place like untouched. They are cool, unkomplicated, sympatic, friendly and just great :).
I was happy to have them in my place and wish them all the best in Berlin and where ever they'll be.
Thanks Andrew and all the best
