My name is Erin, I am a high school English teacher from Australia. As my job is a busy one, I have taken a year off to study Italian language in Rome. I am 28, friendly and responsible. I lived for two years in the UK and missed the Oktoberfest then (I visited friends in Munich the week previous), so this time I want to see it - the famous German beer culture. I will be visiting friends in Regensburg before hand, so am able to meet you to pick up keys whenever it suits you.
I have two offers to share the accommodation I book - a friend who is teaching high school in England (another Australian girl, 24, lovely). Also, my cousin Anna, also 24, a pharmacist, has just moved over to Scotland, on a working holiday visa - and she is seeing if she can get time off work.
The reason I have looked at apartment/roomstays is that we want to enjoy the festival, but would like to get some sleep and be able to shower/cook etc - and therefore don't want to stay in the campgrounds or hostels with people who are getting too drunk and getting crazy.
