I am disappointed with this feedback. You had not once specified what time check out was and there was absolutely no communication on the day about this at all - you should have come and told us or call me if we were meant to leave earlier for someone else arriving. When you did realise the situation you said you thought we were staying another night....surely you should have known when your guests are leaving and arriving. When I rent out my home to airbnb I alway ensure I let the guests know what time they need to check in and check out by so there is no confusion, not just leave it open. It is also rediculous to expect your guests to know whether or not the room is let out the following day if you do not communicate this to them. In the future if you fail to manage one of your AirBnB rooms effectively you should not take it out on your guests via the AirBnB feedback.
