Das Zimmer ist perfekt für einen kurzen, aber auch langen Aufenthalt in München geeignet. Zentral und ordentlich!
Good place, I would definitely recommend it.
Good place!really convenient to go to centre by tram)
Christoph was a very friendly and helpful host, although we did not meet him personally he was very quick to respond to emailed questions. The staff in the cafe downstairs were also extremely helpful. The room was great, very clean bathroom and small fridge and jug, a truthful listing description. We were dissappointed however that the internet did not work the whole time we were there. With no internet close (we were told to go into central to use the internet), and something you rely on when travelling we found it very difficult.
The location is excellent - across the road from the tram stop which takes 10 minutes to get to central. Excellent location for Oktobrefest.
Everything fine! The flat is really central, 10 minutes to city centre!
Room has enough space also for a longer stay!
The room was clean and well kept with a comfortable bed and a closest to put our stuff in which was nice. It was a shared space with a common bathroom and that's pretty much it (several locked rooms attach to a hallway with a bathroom at the end). Our point of contact was the restaurant below which was very helpful and had good inexpensive food too. We were there during Oktoberfest so it was a little louder than usual but that's to be expected when there is a holiday based around beer and Bavaria. The only other thing that I noticed was that the water heater in the bathroom leaked and the heater in our room didn't work but it wasn't cold enough for it. The location was only a few tram stops north of Munich HBF which made for easy transportation around the city (tram 20 or 21 from the HBF). For Oktoberfest it was perfect but if you want to a more personal experience of the city with an actual host to talk to then it might not be the place for you. However, as I said before the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.
We flew in for the Oktoberfest and were met by very friendly staff. They were very friendly when we showed up very early (even when they were really busy). We had a great time and had no problems or hassles. The place is well connected and it is easy to get to the city. The second bed was a sofa bed which was slightly unstable but nothing serious and the room still did as promised, i.e. Provide a comfortable and safe place for us to sleep at night. We did not get to meet Christoph personally but the staff at the place are incredibly helpful.
We spent two nights there. The location is perfect, 1 minutes the tram and 10 minutes from the city center. The room was nice and clean (the sheets were very soft), the neighbors were quiet at night. Leon's staff is very friendly and helpful and speak in English.
Main problem is the hot water was not observed, I look after 9-12pm and 5-9am not observed, all day was not even a drop of hot water. The water was 4-6 degrees must have been terribly cold ...
It was the last day, check out at 12.00 in the morning, at 9.00 pounded on the door of the maid, and 10.00 also don't understand why I had to wake up if check out only be 12.00? Everyone moved out of floor, we just stay but we still had 2 hours sleep, but the maid didn't leave us to sleep (how sweet).
