I love having guests, and I love my flat. So bringing both together is bringing me joy - and hopefully also my guests. I'm looking forward to welcoming you!

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the Kunstareal and half a block from a subway stop. The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of eateries, cafes, and some restaurants. The space itself is small but efficient. The hosts are lovely, very helpful, and respond quickly.
The flat is in a very nice position, close to the city center and the museum quarter. It's cosy and warm, but it's basically a studio. The kitchen is very tiny, and the (comfortable) bed occupies the most of the living room.
Annette and her daughter are lovely hosts, very helpful and available when needed. The apartment is even better then in the pictures, very clean and warm and quite spacious for this type of studio. The bed in particular is extremely comfy and big, with a mattress that should meet all exigent criteria. The TV was changed so now we had a big screen flat TV,although we did not use it much as each night we preferred to go out.The neighborhood is indeed the best choice for travelers: 3 metro stations from the city center and 2 from central station (5 min), a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and coffee places yet very quiet (bars are on the parallel streets) and very safe as well as the whole town.Annette was extremely kind to give as a parking permit valid for the nearby streets so as we came by car this was a real help as parking can be expensive in Munich. We hardly used the car in the town as the metro system is so well organized that you really do not need any car, you can be anywhere in max 20 min.The kitchen is small and basic but with all that you need (fridge, coffee filter, microwave).Wifi was good. We tried a good Indian wine from the store at the ground floor,a delicious Turkish kebab from Sinbad located 50 m away, all the German specialties from Christmas market in Marien Platz and also some a la carte restaurants...All in all, for 1 month we felt fantastic and had a lovely time and even if it was more a work/business trip, it still felt like a long vacation grace to the city, apartment and surroundings and to our host who made all efforts that we feel like home. Thanks Annette!
Teli asciugamani a disposizione così come forno a micronde cucina elettrica frigorifero scalda vivande posate bicchieri piatti olio caffè the ecc...
The flat is located in a very nice neighbourhood close to the musea and next to a U-bahn station. Annette is a great host and provided all the information needed. We recommend staying there.
I loved the stay at Annette's flat! The location is perfect (few minutes walking from the museums area, and on the U-bahn station which in Munich means really connected to everywhere). The neighborood is also very nice and lively.
The flat is perfect for both long term (1-2 persons for e.g. one month) or short term (up to 3-4, families etc. for a couple of days). Everything was very clean and very well arranged and Annette is a nice host, she could help me with my requests.
I will definitely come back to this place if I will have the possibility to visit again Munich in the future!
The flat is close to the city center, underground station is just at the end of the Street (Theresienstrasse), , whithin 100 mt. It's not so big, theoretically for 3 persons but actually only for 2, the bathroom is not such nice but acceptable, kitchen extremely small, don't think to cook there, only for a breakfast at the most.
For those who comes with the car, Annette provides a very important thing, the parking spot, definitely indispensable in that area.
We loved our stay at Annette's apartment in Munich. The flat is perfect for 2 people and the location is perfect. A lovely area to stay in, with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The subway is only meters away which was great to get to and from the city, central train station and airport. Annette and her family were welcoming, friendly and communication was good. Highly recommended.
The studio was as we expected from the photos online. The main living area was roomy and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was tiny - only space for one person with very little bench area, so being organised with utensils was essential.
I guess lots of people don't use the kitchen, so it seems a toaster and bread knife are not essentials!
