I have been through and through my house and agree with Melanie that everything is clean and functioning well. Although most of the interior was recently repainted, the two pairs of sliding doors leading to the back yard newly replaced, the flooring in the family room and kitchen only a year old, the sofas, chairs, and area rugs all professionally cleaned in October, the master bath remolded last summer, and the yard landscaped last spring there is always something that can be replaced or updated in my old house. I advertise my home as lovely, clean, child friendly, and spacious located in the beautiful, convenient neighborhood of Professorville, and I believe that is accurate. My house has been reviewed as clean, charming, comfortable, quiet, cozy, homey, and well equipped. It is not new, luxurious, or full of top of the line appliances and furniture. I am a teacher after all. Melanie's last line stating that "the interior is already bit outworn (sic)" is surprising since everyone who stops in comments how nice the house looks.
