I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Ill take time to comment on each issue you had.
Firstly, i wish that you would of felt free to contact me personally once the problems arose. I was available and would of made sure that the problem be taken care off right away. I think the most important part of hosting is communication and will make sure to improve according to your comments.
Secondly, concerning the coldness and the window. I understand your frustration but have no control of how the apartment is built and there is A/C which you could of used to warm up the room 24/7.
Concerning the cleanliness of the room. I will make sure to contact the building management and make sure that the window blinds are replaced and to look into what can be done concerning the restroom floor.
Concerning the kitchen. Unfortunately as student don't quite cook to often but will try to add extra new kitchen applicances and pans.
Lastly, about the sheets, I will look into this with my cleaning lady. I do know though that there was left 4 pairs of extra clean bed sheets and towels for you and your daughter.
