Dear Dennis, I've never had any guests complain about cleanliness before, and honestly, I think your "cousin" has severe obsessive compulsive disorder. He told me he "couldn't sleep at night" because of the oven mittens hanging off of my oven, which were brand new. I don't understand your grievance about my being a native English speaker and I'm actually disappointed that an English professor from Moscow State University can't be more coherent. Perhaps you are over-confident of your mastery of the language, since you obviously didn't properly understand our lengthy correspondence before your visit. I don't want to nitpick every part of your review (like the pool...there is one at the university sports complex a mere 20 minutes walking distance away, why didn't you ask me to point it out if you couldn't find it?). I approved your inquiry though you had no reviews to your credit, and realize that was a mistake. Nevertheless, after over 32 excellent reviews that I have received on AirBnB alone and dozens more successful visits besides, I suppose mere statistics dictates that I should experience unsatisfied guests for the first time.
