Mr. Kumaran, I apologize again for the late arrival of the airport pick up, like i said many times there was a miss understanding between the persons of my staff, i think it is human to make mistakes sometimes and, even if this is not an excuse, I don't understand this rage that emerged from this problem and that you put in this review, which obviously doesn't respect the truth about the villa. In fact as you can see from the review just before yours (only a few days before your arrival), it says the exact opposite of what you are saying. I quote: "the villa was even better then the photos". The villa is located in Seminyak and I quote again: "close to shops and places to eat". It rained heavily for one week when you were staying in the villa so it is normal that the street was a bit muddy just like all the streets in Bali during those days (rainy season) and as you could see all the bathroom's roof tops have a small open space so it is normal that there is a small leak when there is heavy rain. About the power, it happens in Bali that the government decides to cut off the power each neighborhood at a time for several hours, there is nothing we can do about that apart from complaining with the government. Concerning my staff, I quote again a previous guest " they were fantastic!"
I understand that this is a subjective review and i will consider all of your criticisms to improve the service that i provide, i just don't understand how can 2 reviews for the same property, just one after the other, could be completely different.
