We regretfully had to cancel this reservation due to some last minute
maintenance issues that came up. It's very important to us that we provide
our guests with a wonderful experience when staying with us, so we are
dealing with it as quickly and thoroughly as possible. We let our guest
know the moment it came to our attention so that she could make other
arrangements. Because AirBNB offers a travel credit to guests when the host
cancels, we cancelled at our end to ensure that she would get a break on
the next booking.
