I'm pretty convinced Jason is a horrible human being.
When we informed him of a medical emergency, he showed zero flexibility when we attempted to modifying our reservation. We attempted to clean up the unfortunate bloody diarrhea on the way to the hospital, but this was made impossible due to his strict policy of providing only a single small towel and no spare linens for two houseguests. Future guests should verify he replaced the linens with 600 thread count luxury Egyptian cotton, after which he'd still be turning a profit given his exorbitant cleaning fee.
I understand he's running a hotel and not a clinic, but to cap off the whole ordeal by slandering his guest online is truly despicable.
