Nice place. Some noise up stairs but nbd. Cozy Brooklyn spot in a great location. Was very happy w the shower head and temperature of water and apartment as it was a cold weekend . would stay there again.

I was so impressed with Annie's house. For sure a place I would love to own. The bedroom was huge and the solarium was delightful! I can't even imagine how nice it would be in the summer with that great patio and balcony. And the location was great as well. I love Williamsburg! Even when the Uber driver picked us up, he was ranting and raving on how great an area we were in. I would stay here again for sure!

Do not expect a “sanctuary” or a “gem”, as another reviewer wrote. Look at the photos and expect no better.When the weather is rainy and cold this is a humid and dank place. On a cool sunny day, it is ok. (Don’t know about summer heat). The main bed is comfortable, the shower works. The location is great. Though for this price, I did expect more. Great space, great location, sound machine for those that need white noise to sleep! Subway to manhattan is 1 min away, as are many great restaurants.

Loved this place. We stayed for two nights and we really enjoyed it. Everything you Need Is around the corner. Annie answers always really quick. I totally recommend this place.

Annie's place is the perfect nest for anyone visiting NYC. The accommodations were snug, clean, close to the subway (2 blocks) and in a very safe neighborhood filled with great restaurants.
