Bridget was great as always! My in-laws loved staying at her place - a wonderful home away from home. Thanks for being so accommodating and welcoming, Bridget!
The reservation was canceled 10 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
The apt. is entered through a quaint California unkept garden. Loved the bright , nicely decorated apt. and the neighborhood. Bridget is a wonderful hostess by leaving a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. She thinks of everything from postcards to all kinds of sightseeing info.
The rooms are spacious and bright and have blooming window boxes. This adds a nice touch.
I would stay in Bridget's inviting apt. again in this great S.F. neighborhood.
We loved this place. It was close to parks, coffee shops ( literally right downstairs) and an amazing french bistro down the street. This Apartment is huge but cozy and Bridget was a great support in helping us get set up. The kitchen is great for making yummy eats. We rented a car and drove everywhere, but it seems really close to public transport and walking distance from a lot of great places. Thanks Bridget for being so helpful!
Beautiful apartment and an awesome host! Thanks so much for a great experience and I highly recommend to anyone travelling to SF.
The Bridget's place was even better than what we expected! The area is the best one in SF, close to everything! Her hospitality was superb.
Definetly the place to be!
Thanks for everything and see you!

We had another great stay at Bridget's apartment. It's becoming our home in San Francisco and Bridget does everything to make it comfortable and cozy for her guests. The area is great, a nice walk to lots of neighborhoods. Thanks, Bridget. We will be back.
Great location for everything SF has to offer. Bus stop right on the corner as is a 24 store for basic necessities. Parking was easy, never more than a block away. Bridget was in contact constantly and made our stay pleasant, offering plenty of info and suggestions. Her place is spacious and clean, made you feel right at home. We didn't get to cook, but the kitchen is well stocked should you have the time. We found our home when we visit our favorite city! Thank you!
Bridget and her gorgeous apartment made our first Airbnb experience unforgettable. Her place is gorgeously decorated, totally comfortable and centrally located. No joke, it's even better than the beautiful photos would suggest!
What's more: Bridget was kind enough to greet us when we arrived (a few hours ahead of the agreed upon time), and gave us awesome neighborhood suggestions for grocery stores and farmers' markets. Bridget's space really seems to be a reflection of her personality: she was warm, open and inviting from the start.
With a brand new Bi-Rite market three blocks away, we stocked up on delicious cheeses, wine/beer and snacks from the get-go, hooked up our music to Bridget's iPod dock and curled up on the cozy couch to relax in this wonderful home.
We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely, exploring the shops and restaurants and taking advantage of the Panhandle for morning runs.
Even after we left, when we forgot a few items, Bridget had absolutely no qualms about putting them in the mail for us the following day, even though we assured her there was no rush!
I can't say enough good things about our experience at "The Heart of San Francisco." We have friends who live in the area and can't wait to stay in this home again soon!
Bridget was a wonderful host, she left us fresh flowers and a wonderful bottle of wine. We truly felt at home immediately. The location is perfect and very easy to use the Muni. Just a few blocks from Golden Gate Park and the Painted Ladies We really enjoyed bicycling through the park and visiting the many sites around San Francisco. Her home truly gives you a feeling of what it is like to be a local :) her posted pictures of the apartment are exact. If you love to cook as we do, the kitchen had everything we needed. You won't find this in a hotel!
Bridget was a delightful guest (kept the place immaculate, too!), and she was a good communicator on airbnb. We're so happy that they loved the cottage. Hope you make it back to the north coast soon, and for a longer stay next visit. Cheers. Kevin
bridget's home is super cozy and very well located in the city. i particularly love her kitchen, it is fun to cook in it, everything is within reach - even more so when she is around... :) love the color tones of her bedroom, her paintings on the walls. a gourmet artist pad. her apartment is neat and comfy. the neighborhood is filled w/ cafes, fun restaurants, night life if you want it, yoga studios, coffee shops - best late right next door to her apartment, and gourmet shops...all at wake-able distance. i love hanging out at her place. you get a true feel of the what it is like to live in san francisco.
