George was super helpful and very clear about the house set-up and arrangements. He is funny and very nice, made me feel at ease!
George was a wonderful host. He very kindly waited to meet us when we got to the house despite being 2 hours late because the airline lost our luggage. The apartment y beautiful, cozy and clean and is very close to downtown Oakland. Both the bart and the bus are very close within walking distance and there is a grocery store not too far away. George only came in a couple times to get his things and mostly tried to arrange to come in when we were out, and was always ready and willing to give us recommendations on where to go and how to get there. He is a great host and this is a wonderful house. Will probably stay here again!
George's loft is amazing. It is one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed with Airbnb.
He is really quick to reply with any questions. Quite the excellent host.
The housing was good. It served as I needed, a place to lay my head while I looked for more permanent housing. Clean sheets, room, bathroom, and kitchen.
George was a good host, setting me up and then checking in on things the next day. The attic space is large and bright and has a nice feel, though it might be a bit chaotic for some (part of the large attic is used for storage), I enjoyed the accommodations. There is a simple toilet and sink in the attic, which is private and convenient, and shower and kitchen downstairs which are shared with other friendly guests. Commuting to SF is fairly easy with a nearby bus line, or Bart is not too much farther (especially if you use the free Emeryville shuttle).
Thank you for your hospitality, and working with us on the time to get the key. Your place was very nice and met our needs. We did enjoy the fish tank, too. Even though our son said we were in the "Hood" when we told him the location, we felt completely safe with the gated parking and when in the loft. It was a perfect location for us.
Very good experience. Georges is a very nice host who is always ok to help you. The place is cheap, nice and conveniant. I recommend it.
Convenient place to stay near Emeryville, about 30min walk to the BART, but for the best experience you should have a car or a bike. George doesn't live here anymore, so you don't see him much. Room was good value, stayed 3 months during an internship in Berkeley.
George was a very friendly and responsive host. The loft was spacious, clean, and quiet. Bed was quite comfy; slept well. So nice to have my own half bath. Felt comfortable walking the neighborhood. All in all, a good experience. I would stay there again.
He was very polite, attractive and generous person. He followed all my advices. I am very glad to know him. I highly recommend him. Totally recommend him.
Very nice person, and he was even so kind to bring us some good candy (to much apprecciated). Thank you very much for renting, and you are welcome to stay again any time.
George is a great guy and I would host him again.
I found George a very cheerful person. He was able to teach me a little Greek - I find the letters cool. I hope to bump into him if I make it to San Francisco.
