Nice apartment! Very clean, all the conveniences, great location. Trevor had good recommendations for comedy shows nearby, too!
Stayed one night. Everything was seamless and easy.
My wife and I had a very nice stay in Trevor's apartment. It's impeccably tidy and has all the features listed in the review. I definitely recommend it.
The apartment has a lot of character and is located on a quiet street in a well-located neighborhood, close to Cambridge and Harvard square, cafes, restaurants, bars, and grocery store. Trevor is a very friendly host and was helpful in giving me advice for my short stay in Cambridge/Boston.
trevor was very friendly, he waited extra hour for my arrival. though this house is completely empty, it just has a bed and fridge in it.. i didn't mind.
Although we met Trevor very briefly the day that we arrived, he was a very thoughtful and considerate host. He gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and then left us to our own devices for the majority of the trip as he was staying elsewhere for the entirety of our stay. He did also mention that we were allowed to eat any of the food in the kitchen, which we did not take advantage of, but was a nice gesture nonetheless.
The apartment itself was in a cute little turquoise house right next to a grocery store, and we have to say that the interior was pretty amazing in the sense that it was a late 60s time capsule with geometric and floral linoleum covering the walls and floors. As design enthusiasts for this era, it was pretty exciting for us. Because Trevor was in the process of moving, there was little furniture left in the house, but since we didn't really need to use any of it, we didn't mind at all.
Although we weren't there very much due to the fact that we were in Boston for a wedding, the apartment was certainly a nice place to come home to after some very exhaustive days. Additionally, the apartment was conveniently located on a few bus lines that took us down to Harvard Square very easily (where the wedding was), and was also a short walk to the subway so we could get around the city quickly.
All in all, we were very pleased with both Trevor and his apartment and recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The host canceled my reservation 11 days before arrival.
All positive. Specially position
The place was very comfortable, easy accessible to the metro and different places in Cambridge and Boston, and Trevor was extremely helpful. Thank you Trevor for your hospitality!
Trevor was an accommodating host.
Gracious guest and interesting (email hidden)art guy capable of rallying others toward good ideas. That's as much as reason to meet him as share the airbnb movement with him.
