Originally from small town California. Studied the history of an Art at UCLA and then promptly moved to NYC to start making it. Worked, lived, loved, and toiled in NYC for six glorious years and then moved to Berlin. Now I am back and forth and in between the Bay Area and Europe. When I am in Europe I am working with fellow artists, touring performance works. I travel frequently, while on the road I like to photograph, wander and eat, eat, eat, etc.
In general, I am more likely to walk, or cycle. I prefer well orchestrated surprises to the plan, but can still stick to one. I refer friends to the park and the dance floor. I like a neat stack, and I'm happy in a pile.... either way, I do it with care.
My live/work loft in Oakland is a creative sanctuary. It's quiet, private, bright and airy. Near to the action of SF and downtown Oakland, but in what feels like a hidden spot, perfect to create and relax in. The West Oakland BART station is four blocks away, every train on the BART system goes through here so there is never any waiting for "your train". It's only 12 minutes on the train into SF. The Bay Bridge entry/exit is 3 minutes drive away. The neighborhood is full of artists, professionals and people living the full spectrum of urban reality. I live here in order to contribute to the great energy and vibe of this neighborhood. The building that my loft is in is filled with creatives, it's friendly, comfortable and cool. Come on over!
