A happy couple living in and loving Tel Aviv will enjoy helping you experience this amazing city.
This flat was perfect for my 3 week stay in the Florentine/Neve Tzedek area. The location puts you quickly on Eilat/Jaffa Road, taking you to Old Jaffa or the Central Bus Station/Hahagana Train Station conveniently; a short walk across Eilat Road puts you in Neve Tzedek and on your way to the boardwalk and the beach! The street in front of the flat is undergoing some work but don't let this put you off--the apartment itself is nice. Benny gave quite clear directions and instructions; the flat was clean, cool with good air conditioning, and admirably efficient, with a little kitchenette for making one's own food. Benny was also on call and responded quickly and helpfully with any questions, both by email and by text message. I would definitely recommend this anytime.
We had a great experience staying in Benny's apartment. Cool + clean describes the place perfectly. Also the location- close to the beach, downtown, the bus station, Yafo, is just what we needed! Thanks for a lovely vacation.
Everything was wonderful
It's good way for short travelling. You can find there all you need. Thank you for your friendliness and help!
Nice host, very friendly, helpful and corteous. we got good information before and during our stay. The appartment is clean and has enough space for three, though its ideal for two people. We would stay with benny again!! Thanks!
Great space, great communication, great value for the money :)
I have to admit that you may have a bad first impression after arriving to the building, but it's stated in the offer that the building is a bit shabby. However, it is very safe around and the studio is well-located - 15 minutes from the beach and Old Jaffa, as well as 10 minutes from Neve Tsedek. It's also quite close to the main bus station in TLV.
The studio itself is well-equipped with all you may need on holidays.
Benny was very helpful and sent us some detailed instructions before our arrival and came to check up on us during our stay.
I would recommend Benny's apartment to anyone who may need a basic but nice apartment.
Had a great time staying in this apartment. It was bigger than I expected and very clean. Saved a lot of money by going here instead of some hotel. The neighborhood looks old, but is totally safe, I felt safer there (and actually some other parts of Tel Aviv as well) than in Amsterdam. You have to go through 2 locked doors, one to a hallway which you open with a code, the other to your actual apartment which you open with your own key, so had no problems leaving my laptop and what-not unattended in the apartment. The building itself is also kinda old, but as soon as you enter your apartment, you don't really notice much of that. It's not a 5 star apartment, but if you want that kind of stuff, why not go for a hotel instead. If you want to see the amazing city of Tel Aviv and some other neighboring cities like Jerusalem (very easy to get there via the central bus station nearby) and (email hidden) to stay at night, go for this place.
If you plan on taking taxis (which I did), make your life a lot easier by writing the address as both "Komfort" as well as "Kompert". Some taxi drivers only know "Komfort" and some have to look it up using Waze, which uses (website hidden) Maps, which only knows "Kompert".
I already miss the long walks "home" over the boulevard after a long day up north in the city...
Although I did not meet Benny he promptly answered all questions and with his excellent instructions it was easy to find the apartment.
Although in an old building the apartment is clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s in a great location in easy walking distance to Neve Tzedek and Jaffa and with a bus to other parts of the city a short distance up the road.
Benny’s apartment is very good value and I would highly recommend it.
We staid at Benny's place 3 nights and had good time. The studio is as it looks like in the pics. Quite small but cosy as it's said.
2 things to regret: the bed is not the most comfortable (pilows particularly) and the shower could be slightly optimised.
Btw Benny was available for me When I needed him.
Benny and his wife Hagit are two wonderful people! with us were very polite, gentle and reserved. They even brought some delicious chocolate desserts, as not being able to love!! They know how to appreciate art and culture. was very nice to talk to them and are happy to have them hosted. Recommend them to all other ost.
