I am sorry to hear you did not like our company as a guest. All I can say is that we did not enjoy your apartment as a place to stay in neither. I must admit that it was our fault not to cover one order out of your MUST DO list - taking the rubbish bags. This happened because we had been asked to leave the key of the apartment inside the flat and when we got out with our bags, the person who was responsible for taking out the rubbish had closed the door by mistake. This was why we could not open it again and take the rubbish bag out.
However, saying that we left the apartment in 'bad conditions" is an a public insult, therefore I insist on you explaining what have we done that bad to decrease the condition of your apartment as you say?
Maybe the bad condition was the negative review which we left in your guest book? I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
