Dear Antoine, you were deferentially not fooled by me and I'm very sorry that you feel that way!
Here, in this public review, it is the first time that your dissatisfaction was brought to my attention. If only you said something about it before I would immediately operate to find a solution that would satisfy you.
I own several apartments in Chisinau and the apartment I offered for you as alternative is in the same building as the original one.
The original apartment was right above you in the forth floor and we had a problem with the tenant who was there before you and did not want to leave.
We could evict him but I tried to find a more elegant solution and offered you the alternative apartment which is a more expensive one (we normally charge 65 EUR per day for it). this alternative apartment is practically the exact area (74 square meters) as the one above (the original one) but was renovated with more space in the living room and with higher decoration standards. additionally it is in a lower floor.
The alternative apartment is a 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms + 1 living room) exactly as the original one.
The kitchen was fully equipped including a nice set of tea cups (in the kitchen closet), the furniture and all other appliances are practically the same (even bought at the same place).
Nevertheless, I would like to compensate you and offer you, on your next visit to Chisinau, 2 nights for free on the apartment that you like.

10 days before the designated date I found out that there is a planned renovation work in the building that would include noise and water and electricity outage to the whole floor.
Because it would be impossible to stay in my apartment, I offered Bianca an alternative 2-bedroom apartment in the same location and of the same class.
Bianca did not accept my offer and asked me to cancel the reservation. ("Hi, Thanks for your effort but I am not happy with the alternative. Please cancel my booking as soon as possible and refund the money I've paid.")
She was fully refunded immediately.
