I am a responsible and courteous ER doctor and business owner from Austin, TX and when I travel for work or fun, I prefer Airbnb over hotels. I enjoy having guests and
I've had smooth stays with host families.

My 3 coworkers and I were traveling to Austin for the SXSW Interactive festival. Neeraj was there initially to get us settled in and made us feel very welcome. The place was very clean and in a great neighborhood around a lot of amenities.
The reservation was canceled 14 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
It's a good place to crash. I think it's a bit over priced for what you get but location may be dictating that. Photos show a mattress in each room but one is a futon and a few of the photos are misleading and it's listed as entire place but the owner comes and go's. He's totally cool about your privacy though. I'd probably stay again for the location but price would have to drop.
This was our first Air bnb! Neeraj was friendly, laid back and helpful by giving suggestions to do/see while in Austin. The downstairs accommodations were comfortable and the apartment is in a great location.
However, we wanted to stay at a place that was private and didn't realize the host would be staying in the apt. He was super accommodating by giving us the living area/kitchen as needed, but we felt as if we were imposing. We most likely would have chosen a different or more affordable place, if we knew the apt was a shared space for the weekend.
This was our first airbnb experience.
The home was a good location relative to downtown and the U.T. campus. Recent construction, modern looking and feeling townhome, well lit, lots of technology, thermostat for sleep area, bathroom next to bedrooms, big TV, computer, WI-FI, Keurig coffee brewer, parking close by, plesant host.
Owner has a bedroom upstairs, off the kitchen/family room area; when he is home, he also uses that common area but is respectful of your desire for privacy.
Neeraj was a great host. He made us feel very welcome in his home. I would recommend his house to anyone visiting Austin and looking for a downtown experience.
Some friends and I stayed with Neeraj for the ACL Music Festival Weekend. The location was perfect for walking to Zilker Park and to other attractions along Lamar Ave. Great house, great neighborhood and Neeraj made it really easy for us to make ourselves at home. He knows the area really well and can offer plenty of suggestions for food and fun. THANKS NEERAJ!
The stay is quite enjoyable. Neeraj is knowledgeable of the surroundings and places to try. So many wonderful things. Everything was accommodating. Loved the spot and convenience to Zilker.
Appartment was clean and functional. Nice bathroom! It's reasonably close to downtown for sxsw, especially with bikes. Bed was very comfortable but a little short (I'm 6'2). Overall good stay!
I stayed with Neeraj for 5 nights during SXSW. He was a gracious and helpful host. It was my first visit to Austin, and he took the time to explain the geography of the city, and made recommendations for things to do and places to visit. The house was very clean and the accommodations were comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend staying with Neeraj when you are in Austin.
Neeraj is a perfect guest. Easy going, pleasant & friendly. Neat & tidy. We would love to have him stay longer next time.
