We had great long term stay at this Wash Park townhouse. The location was terrific and the house was in excellent condition. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a rental that is walkable to shops, restaurants and the park.
Nick was a fantastic host - super responsive about any questions we had. The house is in a fantastic location, just a quick walk to Washington Park, with plenty of restaurants etc.

The house was amazing! All 6 of use were visiting Denver for the first time and we could not of had a better trip!! The house was beautiful, in the perfect location and Nicholas was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to someone else.
Five of us rented this beautiful town home for a week and it was a very enjoyable experience. The townhome was clean and just as advertised. Nicholas was prompt with responses and very easy to work with. Location was very close to downtown and a whole foods right around the corner. I highly recommend this place to any quiet group as the walls can be thin and the balconys are very exposed to neighborbors.
Good location and nice place
This townhouse was great. We stayed with six people and there was plenty of space for us -- 3 beds and 3 couches, one of which was a pullout. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the 3rd-floor deck is a great space to hang out. The area is quiet, with a suburban feel; there's not much to do in the immediate vicinity but it's easy to access the downtown area by cab or light rail.
We had a wonderful experience at Nicholas' town home. The house comfortably fit all six of us and was very nice. The listing is accurate. The rooftop patio has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. This place would be especially great for a calmer group as it is in close proximity to other houses. The kitchen had everything we would have expected. The rest of the house had plenty of sheets, towels, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. The location is also a bonus. We spent the first part of our trip in downtown Denver, about ten minutes away, and would have spent our entire time in Washington Park if we had to do it over again.
Elizabeth was a great guest communicated great and would be welcome back anytime.
The townhouse was beautiful. 6 women, including myself stayed from Saturday to Thursday. It's very spacious and everyone moved around comfortably. The location is very close to the light rail which can pretty much take you anywhere and Pearl Street itself had so many shops and restaurants to explore. I corresponded with Nicholas a couple times and he was very prompt with his responses. We had a great time!
