Angel unfortunately did not understand the English instructions on how to operate the Electricity/Gas, and broke the card given to her. However, the card was replaced for her within 3 hours of her letting us know, which was 10pm at night. We then paid for a restaurant evening meal for the family (even though we were not obliged to do this), however we found Angel to be very difficult to deal with all round because she does not read the emails we send to her. When Angel left she still thanked us for a pleasant stay.
