bonjour, hola, guten tag, ciao, shalom, olá, hallo, hello!

i'm renee, world traveler and frequent airbnb-er with 40+ stays in 7 countries and counting--ALL POSITIVE GUEST (and HOST) REVIEWS. frequent flier to nyc. otherwise, i'm a SWF, financially responsible, budget minded, working professional, non smoker more importantly: normal, kind, balanced, independent, resourceful, and rarely home due to long work hours and lots of travel and exploration.

if there's a perfect guest, that's me ;-). i'm considerate, respectful, autonomous, transparent and open but quite private, quiet (on creaky floors or late hours i tend to tip toe out of courtesy :-), but a warm and friendly guest. i interact with host(s) when there is a mutual click, chemistry, or connection and can be a chatty cathy; otherwise i'm pretty indy and just go about my business :-).

important to note, i'm an immaculate clean fanatic in other people's homes. for me: lived in, homey and comfy is awesome, unkempt or not clean is no good for guests or hosts :-). i leave zero footprint behind; prefer guests/hosts do the same: no water/towels on the bathroom sink and/or floor, no hair or surprise rings in the sink, tub, toilet, no crumbs on the counter, no dishes in the sink/on countertops and no dust buildup etc.

care for my own space like gold other peoples spaces like platinum. my mother taught me when invited to someone's home to always treat it like your own and use really good manners--so i guess one could say that makes me a good guest and too, a good host...at least from what i've been told :-)
