My partner Tom and I have owned our home in Tilghman Island for 10 years. It is a very quiet and relaxing hide-a-way. Sailing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, biking, and fishing are great activties.
We are half a block away from Dogwood Harbor where you can launch your boat or kayak. Home to watermens' crab, clam and oyster boats and classic skipjacks. There are great outdoor restaurants, and if you like to cook—locally caught fresh fish markets with soft shell crabs, hard shell crabs, rockfish and oysters; and farmers markets. Our Tilghman Island cottage is over 100 years old and is decorated with European antiques, contemporary furnishings, art and books.
