Dear Onno, thank you for taking the time to write a review. However, your feedback on why you were not satisfied consists of complaining about the accommodation you haven’t booked:
1 You have booked a cabin without air condition, yet you complain about the heat.
2. You have booked one double cabin, yet you complain you haven’t been offered two single cabins. If you have told us directly you wanted two separate cabins, we would have provided you. Otherwise, we thought you were a couple.
We are sad that you haven’t mentioned that we made you a coffee late at night as you were about to leave the boat around 5 am. We have also arranged a taxi transfer to get you to the airport and are very disappointed to read your comments.
As you may read in previous guest reviews, we accept all our guests as our family members. In this manner, if there are any issues people let us know directly and we solve problems immediately, if there are any. Wouldn’t it have been fair if you had told us that you were dissatisfied directly so we could provide you a fan, rather than to read it online after you left us?
