Work
freelance audio engineer and wandering yogini
Hey, I'm Jennifer!
wandering in a 26 ft RV · Member since August 2011

I am 45, single never married with two fluffy shaded golden Persian cats. But, I am not the crazy cat lady really!
I have lived all over the United States from chaotic NY, to the farthest point south on a sailboat in Key West, FL to the neon desert of Las Vegas and a few places in between.
I am currently readying my 26 ft RV as my new mobile home. The master plan being to relocate to Portland, OR and spend my winters in Bali. I am trying to embrace minimalism and an alternative lifestyle whilst continuing to progress my perspective both geographically and philosophically.

I have traveled all over the world as a freelance audio engineer for broadcast television and have pretty much covered every sporting event imaginable from Wimbledon, to F1, a few Olympics, Ryder Cup Golf, to the UFC, and even the Scrabble World Championships. I tend to refer to cities now as three letter airport codes - just easier that way.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, Ayurveda, sailing, gardening, writing, and yoga. I am also a certified yoga instructor and trying to figure out how to to make that my full time job as that is my true passion - helping others discover and delight as yoga balances and harnesses their energy so they can grow physically, spiritually, and mentally. It is an amazing thing to be the impetus of positive change for people.

Bali is without a doubt the most wonderful place in the world for me. The energy, the weather, and the culture just work for me there. The light, the colors, the smells, the smiles, the way people in Bali see life as a privilege not a right.

5 things I can't live without:
coconut oil
words and e books
yoga
my friends, family, & fluffy Persians Roxy & Remington
