Fabulous place to stay! Everything was as described, it's even more gorgeous in real life and we were so happy to stumble accross this accommodation. Lovely little place for a quiet weekend away. Everything you need is there, and everything is great quality. Great shower and super comfy bed! Daryll also provided basics upon arrival (milk/bread/eggs etc) which was so helpful.
Daryll was great; quick to respond to all our questions and provided suggestions of places to go and walks to do.
The setting is beautiful, secluded yet close enough to walk to town and really great pubs are within walking distance too.
We would recommend this to anyone looking for a countryside get away, it's perfect!
Daryll's annex is beautifully appointed throughout and she is a charming host. We spent a week here and it was very peaceful. We would go again. Thank you Daryll.

I was looking for peace and tranquility amidst the English countryside, and that's exactly what I got: in a quiet country lane, near woods and in the countryside, in a small cottage with private garden. A perfect getaway to explore Hampshire, National Trust treasures, and discover old villages with great pubs and shops. The charming hosts did all they could, to make my stay as comfortable as possible. It is a lovely cottage, the bedroom has a good size and the living room is bigger that pictures might show. Kitchen is compact, but works out fine. The bathroom is large. Everything is brand new, with a great eye for design, style and comfort. The garden has a good size, fenced and is very private. You can't go wrong on this one!
Daryll was a great host. The annexe was lovely, a really pleasant trip. Daryll left us with a bottle of prosecco and all the essentials on the first night which was lovely. Thanks
What a lovely lodge/annex. Everything needed was right to hand including a well stocked fridge. Daryll even invited me into her house (next door) for a drink. I am sure I will book this place again because it is such a perfect retreat
This was our second visit to the Annex and as before it was a tonic- wonderfully quiet and relaxing and just what we needed. The space is so comfortably furnished- the cosy duvet is gorgeous!- and it was lovely and warm when we arrived on a chilly evening. Daryll was once again an incredibly welcoming host, making us feel right at home and even offering to arrange dinner for us when we arrived! She had also left thoughtful treats for us- wine, chocolate, biscuits, bread... We settled right in and had a great stay. We recommend the circular walk from the Mill House pub, nearby- a nice easy stroll and we were lucky with a crisp sunny winter's day! We'll be sure to return when we need some R&R. Thanks Daryll!
First of all Daryll was a wonderful host who welcomed my friend and I in to the cosy annex. I couldn't ask for more from a host it was very nice meeting you and a huge thanks for helping us and welcoming us in. It's a lovely area out in Odiham, nice and quiet if your looking for somewhere to relax and just get away from the busy areas. The annex is a cosy size for 2 people with a huge bed upstairs and sofa and chairs downstairs everything was very comfortable . I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and if I need some where to go to get away will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Daryll!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this very cosy and attractive annex. The annex has been superbly decorated and was incredibly comfortable for the two of us. Our host made us feel very welcome and at home instantly. Our visit was enhanced by the little extras such as having fresh milk and bread waiting for us and a nice selection of coffee and tea. Located in a very quiet and private road, our stay here has been excellent. I will most definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anybody looking to visit the area.
Oh Tom did I forget to tell you where the cutlery was? so sorry, under the window facing the forecourt. sorry thought I had told you.
This was an excellent find for us. Daryll's welcome was so friendly and inviting. This little annex house has been beautifully and tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable and the rural setting and garden so quiet and peaceful.
We stayed for 2 weeks whilst area and house hunting and were always very happy to come back to our special rural retreat. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away and can highly recommend The Mill House in North Warnborough.
We would highly recommend this beautiful retreat and having such a nice host made our stay that more special.
What a wonderful two nights stay we had at the annex. We enjoyed the lovely garden and the opportunity to have breakfast outside, despite it being October! The annex is situated on a very quite country lane and we slept so well it being so peaceful and comfy. Daryll was the perfect host, providing a stocked fridge and even a cake for my Birthday! The decor and quality of furniture and furnishing are beautiful. The kitchen area is small but we managed to cook a couple of meals and simply can't wait to return to this real retreat of luxury.
A pleasure to have such guests in our Cowes house!
