Thanks for the stay, Paul. Nice and neat. Exaxtly what I needed. Cheers
We found that staying in this appartment gave us a comfortable, stress free and enjoyable experience.Circumstances dictated that we needed to stay in Port melbourne, but this location is ideal for all who visit Melbourne. Close to the popular Bay street shopping strip, the beach and only a few minutes walk to the tram which takes only about 10 minutes into the city centre, this realy is central.
Our appartment was very clean, well proportioned and importantly very quite and peaceful.Generally all that we required was provided in the appartment. There was during our stay a minor problem with some lighting, but this was quickly and efficiently taken care of by Paul.
All in all this was a pleasing experience and i would certainly use the appartment again and have no problem recomending it to others. Many thanks to you Paul.
great value, location and great host!
We had six weeks in Melbourne and the flat was perfect for what we needed. It's basic but good and in a really nice area - right on the beach (back from the main road so not too noisy) and an easy tram ride into the CBD.
There is no internet but we picked up a mobile dongle which was pretty quick and easy so sorted that out. Overall, highly recommended for a long stay.
L'appartement est situé dans un quartier vraiment sympa.
C'est dommage qu'il ne bénéficie pas WiFi
Good stay. Cant get a better location in st kilda. The studios are right by the beach. It is a small place, but it is in good condition and Paul is a nice guy.
Great location and friendly, accomodating hosts. The only downsides are no wifi (bizarre, considering it's a corporate flat?) and that it was actually a studio apartment, not a 1-bed. There's a sliding door to separate from the kitchen, but as it's basically in the same room you can still hear the refrigerator. Also, when slid closed you don't get the benefit of the air conditioner - as it's positioned in the living room. Would be better to have a separate unit in the 'bedroom' area. Other than that, highly recommended!
