48 y/o italian from Rome
working for State Agency
We had a great 28-day stay at this gay-friendly accommodation. Leonardo is a friendly host with a vast amount of knowledge of Rome. He provided maps and tips on shops, restaurants, and tourist sights. For pet lovers, there is a cat and a small dog (shih tzu). The room is small but adequate, comfortable bed, storage for clothes. Clean sheets and towels were provided regularly. Access to the kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals. We really appreciated the availability of the washer and dryer. There is WiFi throughout the apartment. The large screen in the living room TV had many English-speaking channels. The apartment is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. It is a five-minute walk to the bus stop (Appiano) and train station (Appiano Proba Petronia); fifteen-minute walk to the subway station (Cipro Metro Station.) We would definitely stay here again!
