Let me start out by stating that I do have another contact number listed. My boyfriend was available!
Next, I work for a living and am not home all the time to greet guests and make my check in very flexible to alleviate travel stress for my guest so that they may check in at any time. The welcome feeling should be just that. What did you expect me to take your shoes off for you when you walk through the door?
I can't believe even after we part ways that you had this to say and furthermore it makes me question your integrity that you honored your word and gave me 5 star reviews on all categories.
I cannot control the traffic noise and have never had a guest complain about it in the 3 years that I have been doing this. The location of the house is IDEAL for me and guests who appreciate the hospitality and the price I offer. If you rent a hotel near by you will pay at least 120 dollars. My house is not a hotel but you get much more here. Such as the full kitchen, deck, gated property, pool, outdoor grill, etc... We offer hospitality and accommodations. We go above and beyond what you would get in a hotel. I do have extra blankets and towels in the room you are sleeping in. Also we had plenty more extra sheets, blankets, and towels available upon your request, located in the hallway. You could ask for more pillows in advance or we could turn you away if we could not accommodate you. Hotels offer one pillow per guests. Thank you for the night stand suggestion but one is sufficient for all my guest. I stand on the philosophy LESS IS MORE. You were very difficult to please and not welcome back. I say all this respectfully! We strive for 5 star reviews and take pride in what we do.
