good apartment and location just as described and the host was very friendly and suggested good places for us to visit.
Everything was very good. We had a very nice lady check us in. The apartment was in good order, the master bedroom was fantastic. Everything was clean, just not super clean.
If I had to pick at anything would be the secondary bedroom however felt a bit depressing, no windows and very bright lighting (office like). Also we saw a fair bit of roaches near the laundry. But in KL that is expected.
Overall we had a great time. Great location made it perfect for what we were looking for.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
The apartment is very central located, has a very modern and designed style. We enjoyed the great view out of the windows, the free Wifi, the big tv-screen, the good working air-condition and the big swimming-pool and fitness-center.
The equipment is convenient but a bit too poor decorated. A coffee-table at the couch is missing so we had to use a chair to put our drinks. Some pictures at the walls and plants would shape the rooms more cozy.
Toshi is a pleasant and helpfull host.
Little service deficits should be mentioned. Kitchen equipment is poor, we had to ask for cutlery and some extra dishes, pans are old and out of shape. Second key was delivered after repeated request - it should be a matter of course to deliver an own key for every guest on arrival. Cleanliness could be improved, housekeeping came only 1 time during 16 days stay and we had to be at the apartment during the cleaning.
However, i can recommend Toshis apartment and would stay here again!
Overall we had quite pleasant stay. The flat surely could use some investment (shower head was broken, there were little holes in sheets, probably from cigarettes). In the description it says, the guests would be provided with milk, juice, tea, sugar, bread, cereals and so on. We found nothing. Some of that (not all of it) was provided only after our request basically on the last day. So we felt, like we didn't get what we paid for as this was clearly included in the rent and we picked the place over another particularly because of this "added value". On the other hand, the host kindly allowed late check-out after we found out that our flight to South Korea was postponed. All in all, there are better options than Toshi's listing, no question about it, but it is still OK. Just don't expect much and you will be happy with your choice.
I loved how convenient the place was. The place is very near Bukit Bintang and you can walk your way to Pavilion Mall and Fahrenheit. There's a strip of restaurants serving a variety of cuisines nearby.
That being said, I had trouble with the sound coming from the other apartment (I think it was from the washing machine or air conditioner--I'm not entirely sure.) The bathroom was a bit moldy as well and there were no spoons nor a bowl in the kitchen. Toshi though was kind enough to bring me steam iron and an adapter, which was not available in the unit.
Also, I was a bit frustrated that the gym didn't have free weights and the weight machine was broken.
There's definitely room for improvement here, but because it's very accessible, I give it a huge plus.
Toshi was a wonderful host. Due to unpredictable complications we were transferred to another apartment that was 5 mins walk and was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The rooms had their own toilets and the privacy was great. It was a very nice service apartment. Toshi was a very polite, understanding host and he gave us arabic coffee when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.
