Owners and manager of boutique homes in the center of Rome
Very clean and with really nice furniture. it is a jewel in Trastevere. the only downside in that it is not 2 bedroom but a large loft with a semi private bedroom. The walls dont go all the way to the ceiling making privacy a bit challenging but other than that small detail if was a magnificient place to relax after walking Rome all day long. Its location is perfect, market next door is very nice, lots and lots of amazing restaurants steps away.
I would reccomend in a heartbeat.
The 3 of us had a great time at the very well located apartment. Only 10-15 minutes walk to many great site: forum, coliseum, Trevis fountain, pantheon, etc. Mauro was welcoming and spent time informing us about restaurants and major sites.
This Penthouse suite is definitely a hidden gem in Rome! The pictures and descriptions do not give it justice. Ricardo thought of EVERYTHING! There were 4 of us girls ending our last week of a tour of Italy in Rome. We wanted something close to all the sites, a view of the city and lots of space.
The two fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen were heaven to us!
This apartment is pure luxury and has the modern conveniences of my home in Southern California which is very rare to find (unless money is not an option for you).
After staying at a few other flats on our vacation prior to this one, we felt like we arrived in heaven. The cost alone for the large space, location to coleseum, forum, pantheon, etc, cleanliness and views is enough to book your visit here. Seriously. Unbelievable!!!
I will only stay here at Riccardo's penthouse flat every time I visit Rome. Without question this is an amazing apartment.
This place exceeded my expectations and definitely made our trip complete. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this apartment.
I usually make a pro/con list for my reviews, but they covered every tiny detail in comfort and cleanliness that I only have positive feedback.
Stay here! You will not regret it!!!

A perfect apartment in the heart of the ancient Rome.
The apartment was exactly as described on the website. Warm, clear and close to the most attractive sights of Rome. Near to the apartment it is possible to find supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation (bus or metro).
Despite of my concerns, the apartment has met the expectations to find a clean apartment in the central zone of Rome, able to attend the special demands of 6 adults, 1 child and one baby.
For whom will arrive by car, it is difficult to park in around the apartment and it is necessary attention to not enter in the ZTC (controlled traffic zone).
I strong reccomend to rent this apartment in your jorney in Rome.
This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Trastavere, our favourite part of Rome and a great place from which to take in everything this city has to offer. We were a couple of minutes' walk from dozens of restaurants and bars, some right across the street, but unlike some of the other apartments I've seen listed in Trastavere, we never had to deal with street noise because of the apartment's position slightly removed from the bustle of the centre of the neighbourhood, which you could dive in and out of as wanted. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with great lighting and design features, and a small but well-equipped kitchen with gas stove. You'll want to use the kitchen because the apartment is right next to Piazza San Cosimato, where every morning (except Sundays) fruit and vegetable sellers, cheese and fish mongers congregate to sell their produce, which is fresh and very cheap and delicious. We ate superbly from ingredients all sourced at the market. There is also a bakery very close by, and several gourmet food shops - as our host Riccardo told us, people in Trastavere are serious about their food! Although it is not mentioned, the apartment has an air conditioner, but because of its position in a shaded courtyard, it never got too hot during the day or night, even though while we were in Rome the average temperatures were in the high 20s. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment, our host, and the location, and highly recommend it for short or longer-term stays in Rome.
The reservation was canceled 11 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Spacious and modern apartment in the heart of Trastevere. Fully equipped, from wifi, satellite tv, jetstream bath to nespresso coffee machine. Loved the serenity of the courtyard after a long day walking in the city. Totally recommended for a comfortable city trip (website hidden). Thanks Riccardo for the very very late check out!
We came to Rome for a week in October. Everything was great. And decision to rent an apartment instead of a room in a hotel was the right one.
We had breakfasts everyday on our terrace. A lovely bakery is just downstairs and Campo di Fiori morning market with all kinds of fresh stuff is around the corner. Supermarket with Prosecco for 2€ is 3 min walk.
The place is greatly located for reaching all main sights by walk. We took a taxi only once when we went to the museum of modern art which is quite far.
Piazza Navona is 5 min, Pantheon around 10, Jewish Getto 3 min, Trastevere neighborhood is just across the river.
What i didn't like is that because it's a super center you have people on the streets and bars up to 1-2 am and since the streets are narrow you hear everything. I couldn't sleep with windows opened. But we were in October, i bet you don't want to open a window in august with +40 outside.
Is cosy and nice.
It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator - requires strength to climb up, especially in the evenings (but that's the only way you get a terrace here, most houses don't have an elevator).
To me it was a bit shabby, but i am very picky. My husband who's a clean maniac was very happy and didn't notice anything. Neither dust nor dirty floor on the terrace bothered him.
And it's not brand new, you can see that it has been used.
So you have to decide for yourself. I like neat, clean and new, for some that wouldn't have a feeling.
All in all we definitely recommend this place for a stay!
A great apartment in a perfect location
We stayed in this apartment for four days in October. Rome is a
special city and the apartment made it even more special. Ricardo
provided fantastic service meeting us at the apartment to welcome us,
and the free bottle of wine was an extra nice treat. The apartment is
very cute and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept
in. But it is the location that really makes this place, it seems to
be within 15 minutes walk of nearly everything you'd want to see.
One warning, be prepared for a few stairs to get up and down from the apartment.
Riccardo e Mauro sono molto carini, flessibili e gentili. Hanno l'allegria italiana! I recommend them as guest!
