Aryn is right, this was not a positive experience. We unfortunately did not have a nice stay at Aryns place and we are sad that we had to have such an unpleasant first accommodation through Airbnb. Unfortunately, not everything in the review is true. We did not break the house rules. The situation that Aryn addresses in her review, we actually asked her about in advance and together we agreed. When Aryn changed her mind and broke our agreement, we tried our best to solve the situation, but we found Aryn to be evasive and incommunicable before we finally understood that solving the situation was not what she was aiming at. This made us very sad, but we have had great support by Airbnb. They provided the best service to make up for the bad experience with our host. All in all, we are very happy about that and we are sure to have more luck in future travels.
