My two daughters studyed in Melbourn~

cheap and cozy room is way too comfortable for me and my friends. Really enjoyed our stayed with the superb host, daniel. without failed he will provide us bread, towel and mineral water everyday. definately we will back! (:
Daniel and his family are very friendly and morning toast was free to use with banana and tomato. The location is best for the people who want to enjoy touring city area like lotte world and lotte department. The frequently used and popular Jamsil subway station is about only 200m away. My room had queen size bed with firm matress. The blanket was made of duck-down. The wifi was good enough for (website hidden) chatting. The TV had about 200 channels with big size of LED panel. For the food-wise, I enjoyed the lotte department 11th floor restaurants. The price was reasonable for bibim-bob. The place is very calm cause it's neighbours are all residential area. Enjoy the tour in seoul!
I stayed nine nights with Daniel in a pretty cool room. loved the heated floors. awesome during the winter. If you ever have any questions while you stay, do ask him and he will provide any information you need. Everything is within walkable distance. You will have a blast in Korea!
Daniel is an amazing host! His place we stayed was much better in person and the location was perfect if you're roaming around the jamsil area. We are very thankful and acrually making a second arrangement on our later stay. Its cozy and home-like in a way if you're a constant traveler like myself. I would recommend this place to friends if they are definitely visiting the lotte area for sure. Affordable, cozy, and definitely you can get a goid night rests in here.
Daniel provided a top notch living situation for my eife and I. We stayed for four nightd with him in a very comfortable room. My wife and I, having lived in Seoul for quite some time were pretty independant but I'm sure Daniel would be more than willing to help anyone figure things out in the city. The guest house is about a 10-15 minute walk from Jamsil station which, is an incredibly convenient station to be by providing access to the green "ring" line in Seoul. It can be a bit hard to find the guesthouse but once you're there you'll feel right at home.
It was alright, hosts are flexible but room could be cleaner. Nonetheless, I enjoyed ny stay there.
Daniel and his wife were great hosts. In the middle of one night I was coughing and they have me some medicine!
It is easy to get in an out of the building and the neighborhood feels very safe.
The bedroom has a private half bath but unfortunately no closet.
This apartment in the heart of Jamsil is a nice, quiet, simple, and convenient place to stay. You'll have a great host in Daniel. He went out of his way to pick us up from the Dong Seoul bus terminal and drove us to the apartment the first night. And he provided fresh towels and a light breakfast for us every morning. We really appreciated his hospitality.
I should add that this room has 3 beds--a full size and two singles, so even 3 people would be comfortable here unless they need extra space. The beds are firm and cozy.
The beautiful Seokchon Lake is just a 5 minute walk away, and free bike rental is just on the other side of the lake bridge near the quickly rising Lotte World Tower. The neighborhood is surrounded by the emerging tourist district of Lotte World, but it has kept its authentic Korean appeal.
A great stay overall.
