We had a great stay and Marisa was helpful when we arrived (and when we left). The house was great, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, etc.... for cooking, and the beds were comfortable. There is just one bathroom, but 6 of us made it work. I was lucky to have found this place to stay so last minute!
We had a great time at the Green Lake Charmer. Nothing was missing, from towels to shampoo to coffee, everything was there. Its a short drive from downtown and in walking distance to stores and coffee shops. We didn't have time to hang out in the hot tub but definitely enjoyed the backyard / patio. Thanks Marisa!
We do not have a cat. However there is a neighborhood cat called Dexter who is very friendly which has been in our house previously. I have vacuumed on multiple occasions since then. I'm sorry about your friend.
Our group absolutely loved staying at the Green Lake Charmer. Marisa was very communicative and friendly, and the house had everything we needed, from fresh towels, to coffee, to a steamer for our clothes. The location was also perfect; near Green Lake and cute places on 65th and Roosevelt. I would highly recommend this house.
We had a great time at the Green Lake Charmer. Very comfortable. Marisa was flexible with check in and check out times. I would recommend this rental in a heartbeat! Thanks Marisa!
We had a fantastic stay at Marisa and Tony's place. It was a really relaxing place to stay while we were in town for a conference. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a good location with access to a lot of shops and great restaurants. I'd definitely stay again when we're in Seattle.
The Green Lake Charmer is a wonderful house, in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice back yard with grill, deck and hot tub. My husband and I were in Seattle for my son’s graduation and we shared the house with my parents. The house was very neat and comfortable with a full kitchen, a large living room and two nice sized bedrooms. We had room to invite our other children (who live in Seattle) over for dinner. Marissa, the owner, was very attentive and quick to respond to questions both before we arrived and while we were there. Parking in the area was easy and grocery stores were located close by. An added bonus is that a beautiful park, Green Lake, is close by within easy running distance. I highly recommend this house and hope to rent it again if we are in Seattle again for an extended visit.
We had a wonderful stay - the house is clean and beautiful, comfortably slept our 6 guests, and was close to the highway and an easy bus ride from the university and downtown. Highly recommended!
I had rented this location for my visiting family and Tony and Marisa were very accommodating with the arrangement. From my end everything worked out great and I got to have my family close by to were I lived. I'll let my family comment with the following:
We stayed with Tony and Marisa for almost two weeks in February 2014. They were the most wonderful hosts and did their utmost to make your stay comfortable. Their house was built in 1905 and lovingly restored. The neighborhood is quiet with excellent access to public transportation everywhere in the city as well as only three blocks to the shopping area, which includes Whole Foods.
The accommodation was superb with a lovely bedroom with glass doors overlooking the garden and easy access to the rest of the first floor of the house including a modern kitchen, laundry room and living room. We can only recommend that you stay with them in Seattle, to enjoy the beauty of the city and hospitality of the hosts.
Marisa & Tony were great guests. Clean, quiet and socially conscious. I'd highly recommend them to any Airbnb host.
Great guest, they are welcome back anytime, easy and simple and clean.
