Hi Shirin! Again, I apologize for the mismanaged expectations here. I take full responsibility and in the interest of transparency for future stays, the issue was that Shirin's house rules state that all dishes need to be washed and due to the short notice of the booking (same day) and that I was booking from the mobile app I didn't read the house rules and left several dishes dirty. Shirin declined my offer for house cleaner reimbursement as a result of this issue. I apologize again for the issue.
