I had a great stay in this charming apartment which is very central. What I loved most is that it is in an area that doesn't feel touristy at all. But there are many lovely shops and great restaurants close by. I'd go back there again without hesitation. Thanks Rémy.
Aunque no lo conocí personalmente, por las veces que tuve contacto con él, Remy es accesible y amable, la ubicación del apartamento es buena y te da un manual con buenas recomendaciones. Sí me volvería a quedar ahí. Gracias Remy.
I had a great 3-day stay here over a long weekend. The apartment was exactly as described, clean and quiet but small, which is all I needed for one person. Remy gave amazing packet of info before my arrival, which was very helpful for settling in the apartment, getting around, and deciding where to eat! He was also very flexible with check in/out times... my train arrived very late, which was not a problem and I got into the apartment just fine. The neighborhood is calm and safe, easy walking distance to lots of good stuff.
A heads up - the door to the apartment is a bit tricky, but once I figured it out it made sense
All in all a very nice stay - recommended!
Remy was a wonderful host. The communication with Remy was wonderful, he responded very quickly to every mail I sent him with any question or request, before and after my husband and I arrival.
We followed his direction for how to get to the apartment and got there with no problem at all.
The location of the apartment is excellent, right beside the Pantheon, near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops pubs and really close to the metro.
The apartment itself was just as it was featured by Remy, very clean and very comfortable.
All in All I will defiantly come back!
This was my first airbnb experience, and it was A1. Remy was an excellent host...prompt in communicating, and very very helpful. The location of his apartment is great; central, but not on a "main drag" so it's a bit quieter. My partner had to cancel coming, so I was there on my own..I felt very safe in the area, and the apt has good security.
It was a wee bit smaller than I expected, but that wasn't an issue at all!!! It has all one needs, and it was only a matter of hours before I felt right at home. The bed/ couch was very comfortable.
The "guide" that Remy provides, which includes his own personal restaurant recommendations is also really good. I was rendezvous-ing with family and friends from Canada that I hadn't seen in some time, and I chose one of these restaurants for an evening out. There were 9 of us, and we were all delighted with the the food, service, and ambience....oh, and cost, too! Never would have known about the place if it hadn't been for him.
I was sorry to leave Paris and 7 Rue Lhomond, and wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
Thanks again, Remy.
This was a great first experience with airbnb. Remy is a very solid host; he effortlessly handled an unexpected change of plans and communication was great. We enjoyed meeting him briefly to get the keys and tour the apartment. We had to leave at an alarmingly early hour at the end of our stay to get the RER to the airport and Remy was able to accommodate us with no problem. The apartment was perfect for two people, with everything you could need (loved that comfortable bed and the red fridge!) plus the wonderful luxury of a washing machine. We stayed only three nights but thought it would be fine for a longer stay. We also loved the location – easy walk to Blvd St Michel and lots of other attractions but tucked in a peaceful neighborhood out of the bustle. We would definitely stay there again next time and give Remy a “thumbs-up” as a host. Thanks, Remy!

We have stayed at Remy's place for 5 days and it was such a pleasant experience! One could not wish for a better location - the Pantheon is just around the corner, Notre Dame Cathedral close by, everything can be reached by foot - and what a pleasant walk it is. The apartment is very nice, well appointed, very comfortable. The building is super secure. Remy is a very attentive host, always available for help. I am looking forward to my next visit, that's the place to stay and explore Paris.
My wife Anne and I had a great experience with our first use of AirBnB. Remy's apartment was completely as advertised--cosy but comfortable, an easy and secure one-floor up (so we never used the lift but there is one), and remarkably quiet, though situated in the lively Latin Quarter. Remy provided a very helpful packet of instructions and suggestions, including how to use the washing machine (which was very simple) and where the nearest market was (right around the corner). The apartment is small. one room with a small kitchen and bathroom. But because we were there to spend our days and nights out on the town, it worked great for us. The IKEA couch bed was spacious and comfortable--we slept very well overall. We had no occasion to cook in the kitchen but there was a dual burner cooker that looked effective. The bathtub had good flow and temperature controls and was big enough for me (6'2") to take a bath comfortably, and there is a shower hose, but no mount for the attachment which meant for some tricky maneuvering in showering. Remy was not out of town the week we were there, but he arranged entry and responded to text questions quickly and effectively and did check on us a couple of times, which was nice of him. We visited in the first week of August so the days were warm and when we arrived we were concerned that there was no fan because we thought it might be hard to sleep; when I inquired about this via text, Remy apologized and said that there had been a fan but it had been broken by the previous guests; he also said he didn't think we would need it as the nights cooled off considerably--he was right as it turned out. We slept quite comfortably. He also provided two conversion plugs for our use with our appliances, which was thoughtful. The only oversight (other than the concern about the fan) was that the bathroom was out of toilet tissue when we arrived late on Sunday, which was a little disappointing (but we were able to "punt" with tissues that were in the apartment. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely feel confident about recommending Remy's place to friends or to using the apartment ourselves in the future.
Remy a été un trés bon invité.
J'espère qu'il a pu découvrir Barcelone tout en profitant du confort de notre appartement.
Nous serions ravis de le recevoir de nouveau.
The nicest guest I had so far. Very courteous, very nice and super clean! Kept my apartment squeaky clean and just the way it was given to him.
I'd have him again as guest any time!
Remy is my ideal client; kind, open and friendly. I couldn't tell he had used the appliances, he's that neat! It's a pleasure to build a working relationship with someone who is so polite and personable.
Remy's presence here at the townhouse was a delight. His preference for the neighborhood made it a real pleasure to exchange notes and share experiences. For a French person to compliment the apartments antique decor was flattering! Thank you Rémy for being a perfect guest!
