I live in this apartment with my 6 yr old son and as can be seen from the photos we are quite a creative pair.

Very Good Host ! John is very nice and clean. Very good for 4 peoples. 2min from St pancras.
Friendly designer is ... Friendly. And super easy to get in touch with your mobile.
The apartment's location is its large pluds, right at Kings Cross Station, so the tube is London right at your feet.
Nice, stylish and comfy apartment in a good location. Convenient place to explore London, I would stay there again. John was a good host and was there waiting when I arrived.
The owner John is very friendly and nice.
I was able to spend time comfortably in the room.
Also location is perfect.
Quiet place but it is close to Kings Cross St.
We had a great time on this trip, the flat was exactly what we were hoping for, great location, clean, tidy and perfect for getting around London. I would recommend it.
Great home from home stay. Perfect location - access to many transport routes, good shower and all amenities one could need. Lovely hosts too!
John was a very accommodating host. He adapted his schedule so that I could get into the flat shortly after my morning flight, and kindly let us stay the day on the tail end, which gave us a lot more options for our last day in London. We stayed 6 nights, and found the flat to be a good match. It's a bit "shabby chic" with some worn bits but the decor is fun and cozy. The master bed was comfortable. My daughter used an air mattress in the second bedroom which was perfectly fine for her. It is on the top floor of a 5 story apartment building, so be prepared for a climb. It was only an issue for us when managing the luggage. The flat is conveniently located, less than a 10 minute leisurely walk to King's Cross - a fast walker could do it in little more than 5. Since it was very warm in London during our stay, we elected to leave the windows open -- the street is a bit loud when you do this but not unreasonably so for the city. Having a kitchen was helpful. The price fairly reflects on balance the state of the flat, its amenities, and its location - I felt we got good value. Overall, John was a very good host and we enjoyed staying in his flat.
We stayed at John's apartment for 2 nights. We are 2 adults and 3 children. The location was great for us and John provided some croissants and fruit for breakfast. No dramas all good! Thanks
Although we didn' met John in person, his friend Ben was there to greet us when we arrived at the flat. It looked exactly like pictured and in a whole we had a great stay. From King's Cross there is an easy connection directly to Heathrow or other important and interesting place in the city of London.
For those who want to cook at home: A Tesco Metro is only a 5-minute-walk away, as well as some breakfast/lunch opportunities. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night, but the waste collectors arrive far earlier than we are used to... :-)
Don't worry, if you forgot to ask for the W-LAN password., It is written on the router next to the big TV set. And if you get tired of watching telly or browsing the web - just pick one of John's marvelous books.
we had a wonderful week with john and franklin. i hope to see them again and soon!
