My name is Sean. I live alone in a simple, one-bedroom in Brooklyn. I am a professional person working for a big university. It's a nice apartment!

We stayed in Sean's flat 4 days. I would like to thank Sean for his hospitality, support and advices. Communication with Sean was fine and easy. The flat is 2 minutes from F/G line station (cca 30-40 min to Manhattan), in neighborhood you can find small supermarkets and many restaurants. We can recommend King Gyro (near metro station), the owner was great and still smiling (great customer care), the food was super.
The flat is with 3 small rooms (living room, kitchen, bedroom + bathroom) with fast wifi, and TV. Sean lends us also towels. Shower could have little update. You have to count that is man household, so the cleanness is not high priority. I would not recommend the flat for families nor for women, which like tidiness. However it could be good place for traveling students.
Sean was easy to get a hold of and work with, and set me up with everything I needed.
Sean is a great. He is warm, gracious, easy going, easy to work with, and honest. His apartment is probably best for those looking for a place to rest their heads at night. The apartment is about 45-50 minutes to mid-town via subway. For those visiting, who want to go back and rest or pick something up from the apartment during the day when out touring, I think it is a little far to go back and forth. It is probably best for a couple or a single person, and not a family. It is a fourth-floor apartment, in a traditional walk-up building (no elevator). It is not a luxury apartment, but certainly functional for a trip to NY where the apartment is really a base. The apartment is in a residential building, and like all apartment buildings, can be a little loud, depending on what the neighbors are doing. One of the neighbors had music on at a level I thought was really loud, but this is new york, not the country. If your expectations are right, then this place works. I would stay again, just based on the fact that Sean is just a nice guy and easy to work with.
