Thank you for visiting my home and my profile. A little bit about me: I am compassionate, mindful, and nonjudgmental. I love spending time either by the ocean or at home reading, but mostly, I love calm and relaxing atmosphere as well as the people. I love watching movies, and I own over 500 films, and many are foreign films from various countries, which you are free to watch while staying here.

Also, I am a Psychotherapist, and a Registered Yoga teacher. and I work in the area of mental health, psychotherapy, and counselling. My interests are, Spirituality, Compassion, Buddhism, Mindfulness and Yoga.

I enjoy meeting new people, and so far I have been fortunate to have meet many people from all over the world, and I had the most interesting and unique experiences and connections with my Airbnb guests, which exceeded any of my expectations of being an Airbnb host.

Mettā is my philosophy -Buddhist altruistic unselfish all embracing loving-kindness, and a strong wish for welfare and happiness of others. True Mettā evokes within a warm-hearted feeling of fellowship and compassion which grows boundless with practice and overcomes all social, religious, racial, political and economic barriers. Mettā is a universal, unselfish and all-embracing love, and I hope and I believe that I practice Mettā to the best of my ability.

Thank you for visiting,

My favorite place to travel is Italy, and I love Italian language, food, and films. My favorite quotes are:

"If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion"

"My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness"
