I apologize again that you feel this way. It is helpful to be fair however.
I have lived with Miho for several month now. Describing her as the most hostile and rude person you've ever met is unfair and misleading.
Likewise, stating that you "incessantly" informed me of these issues is false. You did it once, weeks after you moved in. When I asked you why you didn't contact me earlier, you told me that you didn't want to cause trouble. You know that I called Miho afterward and asked her not to communicate with you at all.
You also need to understand how airbnb works. It is not a hotel service. It is normal and acceptable If your host asks you to keep your shoes at the door (as is common throughout Asia), or keep the lights off in the living room when you're not there. She explicitly explained that she wanted to keep energy bills low -- so it's not like she was harassing you or being hostile.
Likewise, the claim that she was knocking on your door "every night" at 12.30am for the 30 nights you stayed here is simply not true. The fact that you would write that in your review is disappointing. Here are my thoughts on this:
a. If she had really done that, why didn't you tell me earlier, or ask her to stop? You claim that you "incessantly" informed me and her of your complaints. Are you expecting anyone to believe that a petite woman was knocking on your door every night terrorizing you? and you just took the punishment instead of just leaving and asking airbnb to refund your money?
b. the fact is, she returns home from work around 12.30am (as you knew), and you leave to work early in the morning, so this was the only time she could speak to you in person. Furthermore, she knocked on your door ONLY a couple of times and ONLY after seeing that you were awake and your lights were on.
One more thing about airbnb and the sharing economy: it's built on implicit trust and respect between the two parties. I was happy to address your concerns during your stay, but I won't accept the lies, insults and exaggerations that litter your review.
